Formerly Director of Product Development at Sony Santa Monica Studio for 5 years, Tina had the pleasure of releasing some of the industry’s most groundbreaking and award winning games including Journey, The Unfinished Swan, Sound Shapes, Flower, God of War: Ghost of Sparta and Fat Princess.

Previously part of the launch teams for PlayStation, PS2, PSVita and G4TV, Tina has had a successful career in the games industry for 25 years.

Caspar Gray

Developer Representation

Caspar worked for over a decade as the acquisitions ‘point man’ at major publishers Eidos and Square Enix.

Joining Eidos (then SCi Games) in 2002, he assessed more than 3500 games over the following decade, signing titles including Battlestations: Midway and its sequel Battlestations: Pacific, Rocksteady Studios’ first game Urban Chaos: Riot Response, and quirky handheld titles Nervous Brickdown, Soul Bubbles and Heroes of Ruin.

Eidos became Square Enix Europe in 2009 and Caspar continued his role until 2013. In January 2014, he joined The Arsenal Agency to bring his pitching expertise to bear helping independent developers.

Justin Hale

Developer Representation

Justin worked as a business consultant & commercial Real Estate professional for 8 years. Passionate about all things games, his clients consisted primarily of game development studios in the Los Angeles region.

When he’s not gaming he can be found flying his Cessna 182 around Southern California, surfing or snowboarding.

In December 2020, he joined The Arsenal Agency to add more exceptional contract negotiation and pitching experience to the team.

Walter Kowalewski

Biz Dev Coordinator

Our newest team member began interning with The Arsenal Agency in 2021, while completing his university studies, and he joined us full-time upon graduation in 2023. Walter brings a fresh perspective and youthful enthusiasm (not to mention a deep knowledge of League of Legends) to the team.

Walter is proficient in individual game assessments, mock reviews, and market research, with additional expertise in strategic product and market analysis. Fully bilingual, he’s deepening our connections to Japanese publishers and developers.
